QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

Q. Got an issue with something I bought from you guys [a. ordered it sometime ago, still hasn't come/b. it came, but it's broken], what do I do?
A. Don't fret buddy, we've got your back. Just shoot us an email and tell us about your problem, with some evidence/proof of it's current existence and we'll personally sort it out with our own pockets. Or alternatively, we can send you something to replace the broken part or the entirety of the item itself.

Q. Dagnabbit, my CDr doesn't work on my player!
A. Yes, sadly not all CD players are able to read CDrs. Unfortunately, much older player models are apparently luddites in comparison to any current players out there, rejecting the non-analog tape technology that many burnt their playlists on. If you've got this issue, find another thing around your house that takes CDs and try it through there. If nothing works, oh well. At least you've still got something cool and shown some support! Maybe someday soon.

Q. This process seems a bit tedious, why not just make things easier with a proper store page?
A. At the moment, we're thinking about it. It would certainly be easier to own a bigcartel or a bandcamp page, but as of right now we're quite small in a little miniscule and obscure place of the internet, so subscribing to a monthly or annual plan just to keep a store page running does seem a bit unnessacary in this current moment. Soooo, e-mail order it is then. Hope it's not a problem!
